Alliance Community Based Child Protection Task Force

The Community-Based Child Protection Task Force (CBCP TF) hosted a webinar on April 4th, to discuss the “Community-Led Child Protection” toolkit developed by Professor Mike Wessells of Child Resilience Alliance and Patrick Onyango Mangen of TPO Uganda on behalf of the Inter-Agency Learning Initiative on Strengthening Community-Based Child Protection Mechanisms and with support from the Community Child Protection Exchange. (Recording links are available for streaming [link] and download [link].) More than 60 participants joined the webinar to discuss some of the challenges in humanitarian contexts and the tools to address them. There were interesting topics shared and questions raised.

The discussion forum is still open, https://alliancecpha.org/en/comment/1163, so you can continue sharing your thoughts, experiences, practices and approaches to community-based child protection.
